Chaffee Management runs two major events each year for those who are looking to engage their faith in a new way. WhyChristian and Evolving Faith both attract nearly 1,500 attendees at each event every year. This year marks our fourth year for Why Christian and our first year on the West Coast! This year 1500 people will gather at Grace Episcopal Cathedral as a community of storytellers, sinners, and saints, drawn together by the stubborn hope that God is in the business of making all things new! This event is hosted and curated by Nadia Bolz-Weber and Rachel Held Evans and it will feature the testimony of eight fantastic speakers whose stories will inspire and remind us why we want to be Christians.

evolving faith
Anticipation for Evolving Faith is running very high! In fact, 2018 is our first year for this event and it completely sold out in three weeks! Evolving faith is for the believer whose faith is changing, and everything else seems to be changing with it—their relationships, their views onjustice and social issues, their experience with the Church, their very identity. Featuring: Jen Hatmaker, Rachel Held Evans, Sarah Bessey, Pete Enns, Austin Channing Brown, Kathy Escobar, Mike McHargue, Audrey Assad and others. At Evolving Faith you will reach 1500 people who are very focused on what their spiritual journey looks like for them and their families.
